How long does the service take?
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. If you need it faster, we offer Express Service (24 hours) for a small additional fee.
Do I need to separate my lights and darks?
No! We handle the sorting for you. Just put all your laundry in the bag, and our team will separate colors and fabrics before washing to ensure perfect care.
What if I am not home for the pickup/delivery?
No problem. You can leave your bag with your concierge, security guard, or in a safe designated spot. Just let us know in the “Notes” section when booking.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Answer: No we don’t.
What kind of detergents do you use?
We use premium, eco-friendly detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on fabrics and skin. We also offer hypoallergenic options upon request.
